The DUEL between original and reproduction
17-01-2024I probably don't have to explain to you what an original work of art is. It is the artist's unique design, of which there is only 1. This can be done in many different techniques, such as oil, acrylic or watercolor paint, drawing, clay, etc.
A reproduction is a 'copy' of the first design. Because original works of art by (well-known) artists are higher in the price range, this is a great way for the artist to make their work more accessible. Only one is a reproduction, the other is not! What do you pay attention to and how do you choose your art: original or a reproduction?
