That is exactly what the nuthatch does every day. While other birds climb upwards, he moves effortlessly upside down along the tree trunk. He follows his own path, curious, agile, and full of confidence. It is precisely this that makes this little bird so special and so inspiring.

With Woodland Acrobat, I wanted not only to create an original nuthatch painting but also to capture a feeling. A reminder that beauty often lies in a different perspective on the world. That sometimes, it is precisely by slowing down that you discover the most beautiful details.
