New in the gallery: an inspiring cross-pollination with W|M Art from Ridderkerk
Sometimes you meet fellow artists with whom it just clicks. Not because you create the same thing, but because you share the same passion: to fill people with wonder.

That is why I am incredibly happy with this wonderful collaboration with Mark Isarin and Willie Roosenbrand of W|M Art in Ridderkerk.

Over the coming period, a number of my nature and bird paintings can be admired in their gallery, while visitors to Galerie • Atelier Susan Ruiter in Vlaardingen can get acquainted with a selection of Mark’s atmospheric Fine Art photography and Willie’s powerful, layered paintings.

What makes this collaboration so beautiful is that our disciplines complement each other. Where I translate nature into dreamy paintings full of birds, flowers, and landscapes, Mark creates images full of tranquility, mystery, and stories with his photography. Willie adds her expressive, abstract paintings to this, in which color, texture, and emotion come together. For me, this is exactly what art is all about: inspiring each other, introducing new people to different styles, and showing how much beauty is being created in the Netherlands.
