Nieuwsbrief August

After the heat wave it is time for a refreshing newsletter. So grab a nice drink, throw your feet up and enjoy all the things I have to report this month.

Balou and his painting This photo was a big hit on social media. Balou is very satisfied with his painting. As a result, I have received several requests whether I want to paint the pets of others in my style. Do you also want a painting with your pets? Please contact me.

Winner With the end of the cats and dogs exhibition there was also the presentation of the contest: "Win half a year free rent of a painting of your choice." Visitors to the exhibition who had left their info behind had a chance to win this. We have drawn a lucky one from the jar with notes. Ingrid has chosen the painting on the right and can enjoy it free of charge in the next six months. Isn't it beautiful?

More winners I also held a social media campaign last month where you could win a birthday calendar by writing a fun, sweet, funny or original response. On both Facebook and LinkedIn I have chosen a winner and the calendars have been mailed this week. Definitely worth keeping an eye on my pages! Also want a birthday calendar? You can order them on my website.

"Only positive experiences with Susan Ruiter and her work, her paintings will make you happy and cheerful - an asset to any home." - Ron

Gallery closed on 24 en 25 August On Friday 24 and Saturday 25 August the gallery is closed because my brother is getting married. On Thursday, August 23, the gallery is open. On the right you can see the wedding card that I designed for my brother and his future husband.

New work During the cats and dogs exhibition the work of Annabelle Lanfermeijer was so popular that we asked her to bring some other / new work. These three beauties now shine in the gallery. Together with the work of artists Martijntje Cornelia and Cees Eykelenboom. Will you come check it out soon?

Vlieland In the restaurant and gallery 'het Armhuis' on Vlieland the painting 'Spicy Salad' was sold last month. The owners did miss a work on the wall and so I recently took the boat to the car-free island to bring a new painting. We stayed at the island for a night and had an amazing dinner at 'het Armhuis'.
